A. Casabaio Paradise Hotel & Resorts Likupang Manado :
- Director Sales & Marketing.
- Sales Manager.
B. Cama Baio Hotel Pekanbaru :
- Sales Manager.
- Sales Executive.
Qualification :
- Preferably Diploma / Degree from Hospitality School / University or equivalent Hotel academy background.
- Maximum 40 years old with dynamic and energetic personality (for DOS).
- Must have more than years of experience in similar position and hospitality management in 3 / 4 stars Hotel.
- Strong in leadership and creatives experiences are seen as a distinct advantage.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with guest oriented and service minded.
- Sound understanding of the Manado market and surrounding culture area.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
- Ability to work and interact professionally with others and across all levels and functions under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- Willingness to work within remote area.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Up to date with market segment and sales operation.
